Sales Agreement

1. Nature of Service

Mesvera is a cloud-based software service that provides access to a curated suite of third-party AI tools for academic research, writing, and analysis. Purchased packages provide digital service usage rights, not consulting.

2. Packages and Usage Rights

Users can purchase credit-based analysis packages, institutional licenses, or periodic subscriptions. Each analysis credit covers a specific article upload and related report generation. Unused credits are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in the relevant agreement.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. In institutional agreements, unit prices and payment plans are defined in a separate protocol. Additional taxes and costs arising from in-house procurement processes belong to the customer.

4. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via credit card, virtual POS, and bank transfer/EFT. Additional commissions and fees charged by banks or intermediary institutions in transactions made through payment providers belong to the user.

5. Service Activation

When payment is successfully completed, the relevant analysis credits are assigned to the user's account and become available through the panel. For institutional customers, the account setup process is coordinated with our technical team following contract signing.

6. Termination

Mesvera reserves the right to suspend or completely terminate the service if the user engages in behavior threatening system security, academic ethics violations, or fails to fulfill payment obligations.
