1. Nature of Digital Service

All products offered by Mesvera are digital in nature and delivered online. Since used tool credits are non-refundable, no refunds can be made for completed transactions.

2. Cancellation for Unused Credits

For completely unused analysis packages, an evaluation is made if an application is submitted within a reasonable period from the date of purchase. Refund provisions in institutional agreements are separately regulated in the relevant contract text.

3. Technical Issues and Errors

In case of system errors, inability to generate analysis reports, or recurring technical problems, our support team will first try to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, additional analysis credits may be granted or partial refund options may be considered.

4. Incorrect or Unauthorized Use

No refunds are made for analysis credits consumed due to incorrectly uploaded files caused by user error or unauthorized account usage. Two-factor authentication and access controls are recommended to prevent such situations.
