This Privacy Policy covers the portal service Mesvera provides to individual users and to all users accessing under an institutional (university/library) subscription.

2. Data We Collect

Mesvera collects and processes your account information (name, email, institution/faculty), the documents you upload to tools in the panel, the chats and outputs you generate with those tools, your credit consumption records, your billing and payment information, and your support requests.

3. Transfers to AI Providers

To run the tools you request, your inputs are sent to the AI providers we use. Your data is not used by these providers to train models; it is processed only to deliver the service you requested.

4. Institutional Subscription and Library Administrator Panel

If your institution has an active subscription, library/institution administrators can view aggregate usage statistics for your institution through a separate administrator panel (library.mesvera.com); they cannot access individual users' tool content or chat history.

5. Retention, Deletion, and the Right to Be Forgotten

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data through your account settings or our support channels.

6. Security Measures

Your data is transmitted encrypted with TLS, and access logs are monitored regularly. Only our authorized technical team can access your data.

7. Children / Age 18

Mesvera is a service for university students and faculty, and is generally designed for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 are expected to use the service only with legal guardian consent and through their institution.
